Service Level and Availability

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with Lockstack or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data and application code.

Data and Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (where applicable). You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you provide or process using our Services.

Fees and Payment

Fees are specified in individual service agreements. Payment terms, refund policies, and billing procedures are defined in those agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lockstack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited as specified in individual service agreements.

Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated in service agreements. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements as specified in those agreements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable law as specified in individual service agreements.
